SENIOR TRANSITIONS
I will work with you or a loved one to plan, prepare for and implement needed changes in your current home or a future home.
Services include but are not limited to:

Downsizing in preparation for a move to a smaller home

Organizing to make current home safer and more accessible as physical & mental needs change.

Space planning for future home and coaching to make decisions about what to take and what to give away, get rid of (sell or donate) or leave behind.

Coordinating of Senior Moves (help with hiring packers & movers as needed)

Move in ready feel when client arrives to new space while including the client in decisions as able.

Followup and adjustments to new space for maximum comfort, safety and satisfaction.
Ongoing maintenance, touch up and tune ups of
smaller spaces, nursing home rooms, etc.
